Now Hiring: Gift Curator and Operations Specialist

Job description

Are you a recent post-secondary graduate hungry to make an impact with a fast growing start-up? Or are you a junior or intermediate operations specialist looking to further your career by joining a company rooted in mission and purpose? If this sounds like you, you might be right for the Gift Curator and Operations Specialist position with an enterprise gifting company, Gift Better Co.

The role will report to the CEO and will be focused on operations management and corporate gift design for high volume corporate gifting projects with top Canadian companies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. The individual will be a self starter with experience in or willingness to learn about operations.

Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Ottawa (warehouse is located in the St Laurent area)

Full time permanent

- 2 weeks vacation and additional week off in December

Responsibilities:

Gift Better Co. is looking for someone who is highly organized and systematic in operations management, and has an eye for aesthetics.

The Gift Curator and Operations Specialist is responsible for the following activities:

- Curate modern and meaningful gifting options using information from the sales team

-Create custom gifting catalogs for prospects and clients in a timely manner

- Manage ongoing gifting projects including ordering and tracking inventory, receiving goods, maintaining the inventory management system, and scheduling gift assembly prior to project due date

- Work with management team to curate new gift options for website, maintain inventory of website gifts, and upload new gift options to website

- Ensure warehouse is organized and optimized for efficiency
